General and Family Dentistry
Pediatric dentistry is focused on preventative care recommended at one years old or when their tooth first erupts. Due to the mouth constantly changing, it’s important for pediatrics to follow the same routine as an adult, having the child see the dentist twice a year. Parents are advised to start brushing and flossing their child’s teeth as it first appears, followed by then teaching proper oral hygiene when child is old enough for them to do on their own.
Preventative Care
Preventative dentistry is the best way to help prevent decay and disease. We recommend brushing minimally twice a day, along with flossing. We strive to make sure all of our patients are also brushing properly by using a soft nylon toothbrush making sure to reach all surfaces of the tooth. That being the gumline at a 45 degree angle, the biting surface and also the back hard to reach places. It is important to floss in between the teeth and below the gumline to remove the harmful plaque that can be built up there too.
Cosmetic
A smile can drastically improve a persons appearance and boost their self confidence. Drs. Randy and Stephen Greenberg are highly skilled cosmetic dentists who are meticulous about the detail and planning that goes into fabricating the best veneers and crowns for a patients smile. Steps include scheduling a comprehensive consultation to collect information such as digital impressions, photos and desired shade. Models of the proposed new smile are then shown to patients for approval to move forward. Veneers are recommended for color change, gaps between teeth and chips or rough spots, where as crowns help support the remaining tooth structure from future fractures by covering the entire tooth.
We are able to provide our patients one visit crowns by having state of the art technology here at our office. By using the Cerec Primescan digital scanner, we take impressions of the specific area being treated and then design the crown. After designing, it is sent to the in-office milling unit which fabricates the crown out of a block of ceramic. The blocks are chosen to precisely match the shade of adjacent and surrounding teeth to blend in with patients smile.
One-visit Crowns
If you’re looking to restore your mouth and improve your quality of life but have badly decayed, broken-down, or missing teeth, this may be the right option for you. This option helps fully regain the ability to smile and chew. Dr. Randy Greenberg has completed extensive training in full mouth rejuvenation at the Spear Institute, Pankey Institute and the OBI Foundation for Bioesthetic Dentistry. His mentors have also included some of the top names in restorative dentistry. Modern technology has made it possible to extract extensively decayed teeth, place the implants and attach a beautiful set of new teeth in one visit after the initial consultation and preparation appointments.

Dental Implants
A dental implant is a titanium screw that is placed into the maxillary or mandibular jawbone. Prior placing the implant, the doctors use 3D technology to identify where the best bone is for accurate and stable placement of the implant. After the implant integrates into the bone, a crown, bridge or denture is then attached. There are many different options when it comes to dental implants. Implants can be used for replacing a single tooth, multiple teeth or all teeth.
Laser
If left untreated, gum disease can do drastic damage to the existing gum and surrounding bone tissue, leading to loss of teeth. Furthermore, can cause cardiac arrest, diabetes, stroke, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. To eliminate invasive gum surgery, Drs. Randy and Stephen Greenberg use the Periolase, which is a highly advanced dental laser to treat severe gum disease. Along with the LANAP procedure (Laser-Assisted New Attachment Procedure) which is FDA cleared, this helps in destroying the gum diseased causing bacteria. This procedure is non-invasive with most patients returning to work the same day.
Zoom! Whitening
There are many types of whitening options available such as trays, strips or our in-office Zoom Whitening. In-office whitening is our fastest way to get patients closer to the desired shade they are looking for. During the procedure, the solution is applied to the patients teeth followed by a UV light. This process is repeated three to four times depending on patients comfort and shade desire. Occasionally, a separate session of whitening will have to be repeated.
Sleep Apnea
Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder in which a person’s breathing is interrupted while asleep. Depending on how severe it is, a person can stop breathing hundreds of times, resulting in the brain potentially not receiving enough oxygen. Symptoms of sleep apnea can include excessive daytime sleepiness, lack of concentration, morning headaches and snoring. Oral appliance therapy is recommended for mild to moderate sleep apnea. Oral appliances are designed to be a mouthguard-like device that opens the airway so that breathing is no longer obstructed.
